Dal Zotto Pucino Prosecco Cal Fondo
Produced in Australia by the grandfather of Australian prosecco, Otto Dal Zotto, this prosecco is a return to the traditional Italian styles of prosecco, different from commercial, sweet styles going around. Crisp clean, complex, refreshing, and interesting. Cloudy and perfumed and dry as hell!
Clover Hill Tasmanian Cuvee NV
Pale Gold in colour, this energetic bubbly from Tasmania's Tamar Valley is bursting with notes of bruised apple and honeysuckle, backed by baked bread characters. Vigorous bubbles on the palate prickle over the top of the fruit and elevated acidity. Overall, this is a classy traditional methode sparkler from the Aussie state most famed for the style
Champagne Roederer Collection NV
We snuck in a non-Australian, but hey, it’s champagne! Ripe pears, some butterscotch richness with brioche notes, all cut through with lively citrus acidity. Delicate, full-flavoured and extremely well balanced. One of the best NV champagnes available.
Rose
Domaines Ott
Ahh, we may have snuck in another French one from Domaines Ott who for four generations have practiced bespoke viticulture, with demands time and commitment to quality. Pale and pretty in crystal-clear pink with orange undertones. It is delicate and fruity with notes of white peach and apricot mixed with passionfruit and mango. The taste is full fresh and crisp with echoes of the fruity aroma amplified by citrus zest and sweet species (cinnamon and cardamom). Friendly, elegant wine.
White
Wines by KT 5452 Riesling
If you’re not sure about a riesling, this one from South Australia’s Clare Valley will change your mind. Dry with a zesty fruit flavour, varietal citrus and punchy fruit characters with a crisp finish. Great old summer drinking!
Gilbert Sauvignon Blanc
From Gilbert Family Wines in Orange, NSW, this Sauvignon Blanc has notes of stone and tropical fruits, white nectarine and guava. Textured, complex, crisp, and a perfect balance of fruit and oak. Good, easy drinking!
Burton McMahon Georges Chardonnay
This Chablis style Chardonnay is by winemaker friends Matt Burton and Dylan McMahon who forged a friendship with driving through the ine regions of France in a small car full of stinky cheese and wine. Produced in Victoria’s Yarra Valley, this chardonnay is a genuine and intense concentration of lemon pith, stone fruit, and pink grapefruit flavours along with a juicy core and slippery mouthfeel. The aromas also reflect these flavours, with a stony, flinty influence and some fresh toast, grilled hazelnut-like scents.
Printhie Pinot Gris
Topography Pinot Gris is from the family owned Printhie vineyard, located near Molong in the Prange region of NSW. The palate reveals a distinctive texture and complexity not often seen in Australian Pinot Gris. The wine has a slight bronzy colour from the skin contact, generous fruit aromas with a hint of savoury from fermentation and maturation in the oak foudre. Very varietal flavour with pear and quince. Delightful!
GILBERT CHARDONNAY
We’re loving our Gilbert wines from Orange. This chardonnay has notes of stonefruits, key lime, flint, struck match, nuttiness and spice. Textured, mineral and perfect balance of fruit and oak. Superb
Red
Moores Hill Pinot Noir
From the family owned aand operated Moores Hill winery, this pinot noir is an elegant wine showing lovely varietal sweet plum, red cheery and savoiry notes on the nose. The palate delivers with delicious savoiry cheery flavours framed by fine tannins and spicy oak touch.
Head Old Vine Shiraz
This is a well rounded easy drinking winner! A medium bodied style of shiraz full of opulent dark berry fruits, subtle oak complexity, with a touch of herbs and spice. Excellent mouth-fill, silky tannins and sensational length.

This is a modern interpretation of the classic spiced rum.
