Beeramisu - Parched Brewery


Our Beeramisu is based on a traditional Irish Extra Stout, combined with all the delicious flavour of an Italian Tiramisu. It’s a full-bodied stout with a slightly higher ABV and will give you rich coffee and chocolate flavours balanced by a creamy hint of vanilla and marsala.

It has a thick, rich coffee-coloured head and a full and smooth mouthfeel. Perfect for our Queensland winter days.

The first stout we’ve done at Parched, and it’s all about our regulars – those West End locals who’ve been hitting us up to do a stout since we opened!  Well, being in sunny Queensland, big winter beers aren’t always the first thing that comes to mind when you open a new brewery, but the calls have been so strong, and the weather this winter has been bloody cold, so we figured we had to pull something together that was more than just a stout. This combo of our favourite Italian dessert and an Irish Extra Stout will keep you warm and toastie on a cold winter’s day.
